Can always call to ask more specific questions, but friends that have gone both time slots said the twilight is best; of course, we only only went once and during daytime....

There were not easy places to sit when I went - it's a really slow walk around though, no one was rushing, and lots of time was spent at each exhibit. So plenty of time to catch up.
