Once again, Airbnb is cracking down on house parties in NJ and across the U.S. for Memorial Day and 4th of July weekends.

The platform will apply its anti-party detection technology to last-minute bookings for entire houses during Memorial Day and Fourth of July weekends. Last year, it deterred 600 bookings in Philly.

As Memorial Day weekend approaches, Airbnb is ramping up efforts to prevent disruptive parties at rental properties by expanding its use of anti-party technology.
