NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - A new Instagram post appears to come from Antoine Massey, one of the two remaining fugitives who escaped from the Orleans Justice Center nearly three weeks ago. In the post, the user claims to be Massey and declares his innocence, while tagging Fox 8 and other news outlets.
