India’s missile and bomb strikes on targets in Pakistan and Pakistani-controlled Kashmir have prompted multiple attacks in retaliation between the nuclear-armed neighbors to the point that some are now calling it a de facto war.

India launched multiple Israeli-made Harop drones targeting Pakistan overnight and into Thursday, with one damaging a military site and wounding four soldiers, a Pakistani army spokesman said.

Within hours of India and Pakistan agreeing to a ceasefire, there were reports of explosions ringing out in border cities and towns. Both countries have accused each other of violating the pact.
