The Michigan high school girls basketball season has entered the regional phase, with eight Saginaw-area teams competing for a shot at a regional title. Regional champions advance to championship week, starting with a Tuesday quarterfinal and hopefully a spot in the Saturday, March 22 championships at Michigan State University’s Breslin Center.
