Anderson has been married five times to Dan Hayhurst, Kid Rock, Rick Salomon (twice), and Tommy Lee. In regards to Salomon, ELLE claims that although they were first married in October 2007 in Las Vegas, their marriage was dissolved in 2008. They then remarried in January 2014, but divorced later that year.
