Body-worn camera footage made public on Wednesday shows 41-year-old Manuel "Manny" Ruiz turn himself in after police say he shot and killed two people on the Las Vegas Strip.

The man accused of killing two people in a livestreamed shooting in front of the Bellagio Sunday night was held without bail after a court appearance Tuesday morning.

According to investigators, Ruiz scrubbed his videos off the internet following the shooting, though some of his footage was still available via Finley’s streams.
