OBS offers a free method to crop your video input and produce a virtual camera—but it doesn’t work with Apple’s video-input apps in macOS.

To start streaming on Discord, you need to click on “Start Virtual Camera” located under “Controls” in OBS. Finally, switch to Discord, connect to a voice channel, and turn on the camera.
