Chris Olave's 2024 season was heavily compromised by concussions. The New Orleans Saints' lead receiver has suffered a concussion every year he's been in the NFL, and this year he suffered two concussions that kept him out for nine games.

Spencer Rattler is already known to be the starting quarterback once again, but has not really been given a fair shot with a healthy offense. One key player he has been missing is wide receiver Chris Olave, who has been dealing with a head injury since the start of November.

Chris Olave's 2024 season officially came to an end Sunday when the Saints ruled him out ahead of their Week 18 game against the Buccaneers.

Olave carried a questionable designation on the Saints' final Week 17 injury report after logging three straight practices as a full participant. The Saints top pass catching target, however, hasn't proved any progress in concussion protocol to get back on the field for the first time since Week 9.

Saints wide receiver Chris Olave could be available for the team's Week 17 matchup against the Raiders, but he will not have much company.
