Tampa police have identified the man who was found dead in McKay Bay on Monday afternoon. Shortly before 3:15 p.m., police responded to a report of a dead person in the water near the 2400 block of Chapin Street, the Tampa Police Department said in a news release. The agency’s dive team recovered a man’s body from the water.
