Taylor Swift is expanding her Westerly, Rhode Island mansion, adding new rooms and remodeling the kitchen of the beachfront home.

The “The Last Great American Dynasty” singer is sinking $1.7 million into a massive renovation of the $17 million Watch Hill estate.

In the years since Taylor Swift became a superstar, she has used her wealth to build an impressive real estate portfolio. She owns homes on both coasts and even in Nashville, where her journey began.

Set on more than five acres filled with pristine gardens, a wide patio, a swimming pool with a pool house, Swift’s Rhode Island escape “offers 700 feet of private beachfront,” per Newsweek, and features eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms. There are also eight fireplaces on-site, according to the outlet.

The new wing will feature another bedroom and more bathrooms, and the pop star’s existing kitchen also will be getting a makeover, according to a new permit.

Swift's Watch Hill estate is to undergo renovations, including an expanded bedroom suite and redesigned kitchen, with completion expected by December 2025.
