Bailey Zappe could become the 40th quarterback to start for the Browns since 1999 if he gets the nod Saturday in Baltimore. Coach Kevin Stefanski said Tuesday on a video conference that he could play both Dorian Thompson-Robinson and Zappe in the season finale Saturday at 4:30 against the 11-5 Ravens.
