Police are investigating after they say a group of juveniles vandalized multiple areas in Downtown Pittsburgh Saturday night.

A 19-year-old was taken to the hospital after a crash in Windgap, Allegheny County Saturday night. According to Pittsburgh Public Safety Department officials, first responders were called to the 3800 block of Windgap Avenue just after midnight for reports of a vehicle that had crashed into a pole.

Acting Pittsburgh Police Chief Christopher Ragland has withdrawn his name from the nomination process, and will not become the permanent bureau police chief, sources have told KDKA-TV. Ragland has decided to leave the bureau altogether.
