Michelle Monaghan, one of the stars of this season’s White Lotus, and Severance headliner Adam Scott have joined Robert De Niro in The Whisper Man, a crime thriller from Netflix.

Michelle Monaghan and Severance lead Adam Scott are all set to join Robert De Niro in an upcoming Netflix crime thriller, The Whisper Man.The Whisper Man will be helmed by James Ashcroft, who has previously directed Coming Home in the Dark.

“The Whisper Man” was first reported with De Niro starring in February 2025. James Ashcroft (“The Rule of Jenny Pen,” “Coming Home in the Dark”) will direct the film, with Ben Jacoby (“The First Omen”) and Chase Palmer (“It”) adapting the script.
