Sean Manaea returned to ace-like form in his third appearance since returning from the injured list, Francisco Lindor broke out of a six-game drought without a hit and Pete Alonso hit his first home run since July 8 as the Mets completed a three-game sweep of the Angels with an 6-3 victory before 41,591 at Citi Field.

Alonso is closing in on the organization's all-time home run record, but he added more to his resume on Tuesday night.
