Passengers on board the Disney Dream cruise where a young girl fell overboard have recalled hearing a 'commotion' and an 'awful scream' as the child fell.

A man who was jailed for strangling a teenage girl in Rhyl, at a time when he was banned from the town, has received an additional prison sentence.
