Authorities in Ukraine said a Russian drone and missile attack on the capital, Kyiv, killed at least 13 people, including a 6-year-old boy

Russia launched waves of missiles and drones on Kyiv before dawn on Thursday, killing 16 people, including two children, and wounding well over 100 others, officials in the Ukrainian capital said.

The victims include a 5-month-old baby, along with a 9-year-old and 10-year-old boy, Kharkiv Oblast Governor Oleh Syniehubov reported. Five of the 10 victims have been hospitalized.
