A group of Pacific Palisades residents and businesses impacted by the Palisades Fire has filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles against the city's Department of Water and Power.

Stars, including Paris Hilton, Billy Crystal, and Milo Ventimiglia were mourning the loss of their homes and possessions in LA's devastating fires.

Even with all of the rubble and destruction, there is hope among residents of Pacific Palisades who say this is their community and they'll be back.
