An arrest has been made after a 4-year-old girl was found walking along U.S. Highway 19 Tuesday night in Ochlocknee, according to the Thomas County Sheriff’s Office.

One day after being released from the hospital, Phoenix Ikner, 20, made his first appearance at the Leon County Courthouse.
