Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC) has sent out feelers to peer semiconductor companies Nvidia Corp. (NVDA), Broadcom Inc. (AVGO), and Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM) to come together for Intel Corp.
