Michael Francis Thibault (born September 28, 1950) is an American basketball head coach and basketball general manager. He is the head coach of the Belgian women's national basketball team Belgian Cats since 2025.

Washington Mystics general manager Mike Thibault has 31 years of coaching experience with USA Basketball. He most recently served as an assistant coach for the 2024 USA Women's National Team, which won gold at the 2024 Olympic Games Paris with a perfect 6-0 record.
